These terms are an agreement between Respondo ("Respondo", "we") and the business that signs up for our service ("you"). By using Respondo you agree to them.
1. The service
Respondo sets up and operates an AI assistant that replies to your customers' messages on WhatsApp and other channels you choose, using information you provide. Features depend on your plan.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and keep it up to date. The assistant answers based on what you give us.
- Review conversations handed off to your team and respond in a reasonable time.
- Have the rights and consents needed to message your customers, and follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce Policies and applicable laws, including rules on marketing messages.
- Not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes.
3. AI limitations
AI-generated replies can occasionally be incomplete or wrong. The assistant is designed to use only your approved information and to hand off when unsure, but you remain responsible for your business decisions, prices, bookings and commitments to customers. The service does not provide medical, legal or financial advice.
4. Third-party services
The service relies on third parties such as Meta (WhatsApp), OpenAI, Google and Vercel and Supabase. Their availability, policies and fees may change, and we are not responsible for their outages or decisions, including restrictions Meta places on a WhatsApp number.
5. Fees and payment
- You agree to pay the monthly fee for your plan, billed in advance in USD. Done-for-you setup is a separate one-time fee, only if you ask for it.
- Each plan includes its own monthly conversation limit. Additional usage is billed at .15 per conversation.
- The setup fee is non-refundable once setup work has started.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
6. Term and cancellation
Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime with 7 days' notice; the service continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend the service for non-payment or violation of these terms.
7. Data
You own your business information and your customers' conversation data. You allow us to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. After cancellation you may request an export within 30 days, after which we may delete it.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the dashboard.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
